I agree. No breach of the principles indicated in 50413/37 Straits is involved in the grant of permis- sion to an unofficial body to use the Centre. Presumably any well-conducted unofficial body could be given

the same permission, if the accommodation permits, and

no appreciable expense to Government is involved.
